1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Quickvtu. By registering an account, accessing, or using our website at quickvtu.com and our mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quickvtu provides a virtual top-up (VTU) platform that enables users to:

  • Purchase airtime for all major Nigerian networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).
  • Buy data bundles.
  • Pay electricity bills and cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes).
  • Send bulk SMS.
  • Purchase exam result-checking pins.
  • List and purchase items on the marketplace.
  • Use a digital wallet for funding transactions.

The Service is available to residents of Nigeria who are 18 years or older.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
  • You may enable biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint) on your device for convenience, but you remain responsible for all transactions authorized through your device.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts without our prior written consent.

4. Wallet & Transactions

  • Your Quickvtu wallet is a prepaid digital balance used to pay for services on the platform. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
  • Wallet funding is done via bank transfer or other payment methods we designate. Funds are credited after payment confirmation.
  • All transactions (airtime, data, bills, etc.) are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
  • Transactions are generally delivered instantly, but some services may experience delays due to network or provider issues. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers.
  • You authorize us to debit your wallet for all transactions initiated from your account.

5. Refunds & Reversals

  • If a transaction is debited from your wallet but not delivered to the recipient due to a system failure on our end, we will reverse the charge or credit your wallet.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the failed transaction.
  • Airtime and data purchases delivered successfully to the recipient number are non-refundable.
  • Wallet funding errors (e.g., duplicate payment) will be investigated and resolved within 3–5 business days.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our permission.
  • Resell or commercialize services purchased through the platform without authorization.
  • Provide false or misleading information in transactions or marketplace listings.
  • Use another person's account, wallet, or device without authorization.

7. Marketplace

The marketplace feature allows users to list and purchase items. Quickvtu acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Fees & Pricing

We may charge service fees or apply margins on certain transactions. Pricing for airtime, data, and bills is displayed before you confirm each transaction. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice, though confirmed transactions will not be affected.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logo, content, and software, is the property of Quickvtu and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that transactions will always be delivered instantly. Third-party network providers (MTN, Airtel, etc.) may experience outages beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickvtu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of airtime, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have funded into your wallet in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting quickvtu0702@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your verified bank account after deduction of any outstanding fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
